Faulty Goods Return (RMA Request)
To return faulty goods to us you will
require an RMA number. Click the link below and login with
your reseller account name and password.
Please make sure you have the serial number
of the faulty devices ready.
Unless it has been explicitly agreed, all
faulty goods must be returned to us via your reseller. If
you do not know where you bought the item from, please contact
us stating the serial number of your goods and we will be
able to assist.
